Note down the Branch Name, Branch Code, Journal No. and Deposit Date.

Click on button - " Apply
for Obtaining The Degree Certificate ". Provide required information and act
accordingly.

After submitting completely filled up Application Form, the candidate has to
take print outs of the submitted Application Form.

Send Print out of the
Application Form to the Controller of Examinations, IGNTU, Amarkantak (MP) with the copy of Challan (University Copy) as a proof of having paid the requisite fee for obtaining the Degree/ Diploma
certificate along with other relevant documents on or before 5th November. 2017.
